FAQ
Questions, answered.
Which platforms does it support?
X is available in the private beta. YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are next, and each opens as soon as that platform approves our access. Platforms review apps like ours before allowing publishing, and we won’t promise dates we don’t control.
Do you need my social media passwords?
No, never. You connect each account on the platform’s own authorization screen and approve the permissions yourself. We keep only the access tokens the platform gives us, encrypted, and you can revoke them at any time from the platform’s settings.
Will it post things I haven’t seen?
Not in the beta. Captions arrive as drafts, and nothing is published until you review it and click publish. Automatic posting will be an option you turn on per account, when you’re ready.
What does the AI actually see?
A handful of still frames from your video, plus the brand-voice notes you write. We send those to Google’s Gemini API to write your captions, under Google’s paid terms, which don’t let Google use them to improve its products. We don’t send the full video file, and we don’t use your content to train AI models.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Settings has a Delete account button that permanently removes your videos, captions, brand-voice notes and platform tokens. You can also disconnect any single account without deleting the rest.
What will it cost?
The private beta is free, in exchange for honest feedback. We’ll introduce simple monthly plans at launch, and beta users will hear about them first.
Who is behind myWillbox?
L&R Holding LLC, based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We run content-driven consumer products of our own, kept hitting the same bottleneck (making good content is half the job, distributing it everywhere is the half that doesn’t scale), and built myWillbox to solve it for ourselves first.
